Fresh Flowers Directly from Our Growers

Our flowers come directly from farms, which means you get fresh, long-lasting flowers and fillers weekly.

We source flowers from Holland, Israel, New Zealand, California, Thailand, Australia, Ecuador, Columbia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Oregon, Florida, British Columbia, and Alberta.

Where Our Flowers Come From

Some of our cut flowers and fillers come directly from the nurseries of our South American Flower Growers. The exceptional climate in these areas is great for commercial flower growing and allows us to deliver quality flowers to florists around Calgary and Southern Alberta.

 Our Growers in Columbia

Our Columbia Growers are proud of their social responsibility, as well as environmental commitment and many have certified Florverde® facilities.

Florverde® implementation ensures compliance with strict international social and environmental standards from planting to postharvest.

This initiative began in 1996 to develop best practices that could help ensure the quality of life of workers and their families, as well as environmental sustainability for generations to come.

Florverde® was created as a strategic initiative for promoting sustainable floriculture with social responsibility at both the company and industry-wide levels.

Our Growers in Ecuador

Our Ecuadorian growers are proud to endorse both their social and environmental responsibilities. Many of them have various certifications such as the following:

Global GAP (Eurep GAP)

The main objective of this certification is to ensure our growers are in a continuous process of improving their conventional methods of production and are dedicated to the reduction of the usage of agrochemicals. It also responds to concerns around the security of the production of fresh flowers, the well-being of employees, and environmental safety.

Flor Ecuador

The purpose of this certification is to assure our grower’s commitment to social development and environmental protection.

Integrated Pest Management

Integrated Pest Management practices encompass reducing the use of pesticides, supporting environmental control and human health.
